super clean roomstraight forward check-inkettle fillingmissing phone
the room was super clean and the temperature felt perfect to me. i found the shower genuinely relaxing and powerful. check-in was straight forward. it made settling in so easy after a long drive.
I found the kettle difficult to fill properly at the washbasin tap. there also seemed to be a lack of urgency when i reported something. It felt conveniently forgotten. i had to walk to reception each time because there was no phone in the room.

underwhelming stay

convenient locationdated roomlack of sockets
the location proved convenient for accessing the university grounds.
my room felt dated. the television was tiny, i'm talking laptop-sized, and barely watchable from the bed. plus, finding an available plug socket was a real challenge, it seemed there was a serious lack of them. it was frustrating!!!
